About The Position

This position serves as the operational leader for the Technologist Assistant and Aide team, providing oversight of daily departmental functions, staff performance, scheduling, and patient support services. The role promotes operational excellence through effective leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to quality, safety, and an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Ability to safely and ergonomically move equipment, patients, and supplies.
• Ability to use a telephone, Vocera, and computer keyboard.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• MRI Safety training must be completed within three months of hire.
• SECURE training must be completed within six months of hire, followed by an annual refresher course.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a fast-paced medical environment and having contact with the public.
• CNA, EMT, or comparable patient care experience.
• Six months of experience in a health care setting involving the movement of ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
