The Lead Development Representative Role The Lead Development Representative is assigned accounts identified by Qlik as commercial accounts in a territory either current customers or as target customers, with the highest potential future value in the market. The role is part of an account team, with a primary responsibility of generating pipeline through leads and opportunities within the accounts. What makes this role interesting? Development of land and expand opportunities within assigned accounts using digital and social channels. Follow up on inbound leads to qualify and manage them through the sales cycle. Generate leads by following up on inbound leads and collecting account data such as contact information, pain points (use case), budget, decision-makers. Manage a high volume of leads. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. Here's how you'll be making an impact: Work alongside marketing to develop marketing strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers. Move solid leads through the funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system. Continuously improve lead qualification processes and best practices. Perform regular follow-up calls or emails, facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction, identify new needs. Achieve goals by qualifying leads and identifying needs that can be addressed by Qlik products; passes lead to appropriate Qlik sales resources. Stay up-to-date on Qlik's products, solutions, and industry trends. Build/maintain strong customer and partner relationships within the territory base. Build strong relationships with sales and account team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationship, communities within the territory.
  • 1-2 years sales experience or related studies (sales, marketing, business).
  • Comfortable making cold calls.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done.
