About The Position

As a Lead Development Representative (LDR), you will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, optimizing partner-led leads, and accelerating low-value deals. Working closely with our channel ecosystem and inside sales teams, you’ll help drive efficient pipeline creation and improve the win rate across SMB accounts — ensuring we connect the right solution to the right customer, faster (We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales—preferably in a high-tech, SaaS, or B2B environment.
  • Proven success in generating leads and experience cold calling and presenting sales pitches.
  • History of quota over-achievement.
  • Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable discussing technology topics.
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM, plus outreach tools
  • Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team
  • Collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills
  • Change Management skills
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

  • Understanding of SMB market dynamics and buying behaviors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
  • Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
  • Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
  • Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
  • Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
  • Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
  • Undertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts
  • Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
