We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Detailer to help build, lead, and grow this new operation from the ground up. Requirements

Strong teaching ability – capable of training team members on processes and best practices
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proven time management skills – able to manage personal workload and team productivity
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Produce billable labor on vehicles brought into the Service Department for detailing
Meet with the Service Manager at least once a week to review performance and goals
Lead recruiting, training, and development of the detail staff
Engage with customers to ensure high satisfaction and quality service
Develop and execute a monthly production plan
Ensure all manufacturer and dealership policies and procedures are followed
Inspect and maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of all service areas
Ensure compliance with state and federal OSHA safety regulations
Report any safety, operational, or integrity concerns to management immediately
Perform administrative functions related to department operations
