About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Lead Dentist in Loganville, Georgia. This is a Lead Provider opportunity within an established and growing private practice. The role involves delivering comprehensive general dentistry services in a patient-centered setting, managing 2-3 operatories with dedicated clinical support staff, and performing approximately 8-10 procedures daily. The position offers leadership autonomy with the ability to influence practice growth and operations, supported by established patient demand for long-term success and production opportunities.

Requirements

• DDS Or DMD Degree REQUIRED
• Active Georgia Dental License REQUIRED Or Ability To Obtain
• Minimum One Year Of Clinical Experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable Managing Multiple Operatories REQUIRED
• Strong Leadership And Communication Skills REQUIRED
• Commitment To Patient-Centered Care REQUIRED

Responsibilities
