About The Position

Join a growing dental team located within a multi-specialty medical center offering medical, dental, vision and pharmacy all under one roof. At our Nellis location, we're looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who is ready to take ownership of the back office, support the clinical team, and help drive an efficient, high-quality patient experience. This is more than a Lead DA role-you'll be a key partner in clinical operations and team success at one of our established locations. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of back-office performance, help develop team members, and ensure systems, workflows, and patient care standards are consistently met.

Requirements

Dental Assistant experience required
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization standards
Proven leadership and team development skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive, solution-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and support dental assistants in daily clinical operations
Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
Ensure operatories are fully prepared, stocked, and running efficiently
Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards
Help onboard and train new team members
Create and manage dental assistant schedules to ensure proper coverage
Track, monitor, and coordinate dental lab cases from start to finish
Review and manage lab invoices for accuracy and timely submission
Implement and maintain company policies and procedures within the back office
Support clinical efficiency by improving workflows and room turnaround times
Collaborate with front office and leadership to ensure a seamless patient experience
