Requirements
- Prior dental assisting experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Lead or leadership experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures
- Help lead daily clinical flow and back-office operations
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
- Support and mentor dental assistants as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Deliver exceptional patient care and create a positive experience for every patient
