Requirements

2+ years of dental experience
Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification
Familiarity with dental practice management software
Exceptional communication & organizational skills
World-class customer service – comfortable interacting with patients, power of attorneys, and facility managers
Passion for innovation & adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
Goal-oriented – skilled at motivating teams to maximize production & productivity
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid State Driver's License and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus)

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations on the move—ensuring seamless patient care and supporting our dental providers.
Guide, train, and inspire a team of dental assistants while overseeing daily clinical workflows and compliance.
Travel daily with your team to patient locations.
Lift and transport dental equipment & supplies.
