Requirements
- Prior lead assistant experience is highly preferred
- Experience assisting with crown and bridge, restorative, and surgical procedures
- Comfortable helping with front desk duties, when needed
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- N2O and Radiology certifications
Nice To Haves
- Charting and assisting with patient flow
- Experience with digital scanners (iTero, CEREC, etc.)
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume practice
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting
- Making and adjusting temporary crowns
- Setting up and breaking down rooms
- Sterilization and infection control
- Taking X-rays (if certified)
- Charting and assisting with patient flow
- Experience with digital scanners (iTero, CEREC, etc.)
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume practice
- Helping with front desk duties, as needed
