Dental Assistant Lead
About The Position
Central Ohio Endodontics is seeking an experienced, compassionate Lead Dental Assistant to support doctors, mentor the clinical team, and help deliver exceptional patient care across its Dublin, Worthington, and Westerville, Ohio locations. The practice emphasizes compassionate, comfortable, team-oriented care for patients receiving endodontic treatment. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday role. The Lead Dental Assistant provides chairside assistance and supports clinical operations, team development, infection control, documentation, and a welcoming patient experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dental assisting experience.
- Required Ohio dental assisting credentials and certifications.
- Dental Assistant Certification required.
- Dental Radiology Certification required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach and commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance, charting, X-rays, and patient education.
- Lead, support, and mentor clinical team members.
- Help coordinate daily clinical operations and maintain efficient workflows.
- Ensure proper sterilization, infection control, and accurate patient documentation.
- Create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable regulations.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
