About The Position
Canada Dry Potomac Corporation, a proud member of The Honickman Companies, is looking for an experienced Lead Delivery Driver to join our Richmond team. This role is for a safety-focused CDL driver with leadership experience and a passion for customer service, offering an opportunity to grow with an industry leader.
Requirements
- CDL Class A with Air Brake endorsement.
- 2+ years of delivery or transportation experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift and move beverage products.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver beverage products to customer locations.
- Train and mentor new delivery drivers.
- Support high-volume routes and daily delivery operations.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve delivery issues.
- Complete delivery paperwork and DOT documentation.
- Perform vehicle inspections and follow all safety regulations.
