About The Position

The primary focus of this position is to assist in the management of the Deli/Bakery in the absence of the Department Manager. This individual will be responsible for providing continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, providing outstanding leadership to Deli & Bakery staff, and ensuring superior quality and freshness of all salad and sliced meat products and bakery products.

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and takes special orders
• Trains new employees
• Educates and assists guests at the Deli/Bakery counter
• Attract guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere
• Actively engaging guests through product samples and suggestive selling
• Ensures display cases are fully stocked with product
• Understanding all health, safety and sanitation regulations
