Lead Decision Analyst: Onsite
About The Position
This position is available to be filled at any Huntington Corporate Office location. Digital Storefront is responsible for achieving account, balance, and fee revenue growth for digitally offered products and understanding the customer experience to drive relationship deepening. Senior Decision Analysts are responsible for leading the development of reporting & insights on Huntington Bank’s portfolios and facilitate effective decision making. You will need to become an expert in providing data support and analysis to help define strategy and tactics to meet portfolio goals. In this role, you will be partnering with leadership and product managers and using critical thinking, ability to define data, learn data environment, analyze results, visualize and summarize work, and present findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematical disciplines, finance, economics, or other technical degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics/data analysis.
- Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services.
- Strong knowledge and working experience in database querying with SQL.
- Strong knowledge and working experience in data manipulation tools such as R, or Python.
- Experience presenting analytical findings to a non-technical audience to guide business decision-making.
- Advanced degree (Master's, Ph.D., JD, etc.).
- Experience working with data mining models, structures, theories, principles, and practices, including machine learning, statistics and text mining techniques
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau
- Experience with AWS Sagemaker and Athena
- Experience with Adobe Analytics
- Experience with agentic AI coding tools
Responsibilities
- KPIs & standard reporting delivered to Senior Bank leadership.
- Ownership over ad-hoc analysis/insights needed to grow Huntington’s Digital reach.
- Identify and lead opportunities to standardize across business lines and improve coding practices and analytical techniques.
