Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art models and frameworks. Build and optimize AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering techniques, and vector databases. Implement machine learning algorithms, software architectures, and scalable AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Data & Analytics.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI model development and deployment.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments at scale.
• Strong expertise in Python (preferred) or another modern programming language with the ability to develop robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks, architectures, and model deployment.
• Demonstrated expertise in: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Zero-Shot Learning (ZSL), Few-Shot/Multi-Shot Prompting, Advanced Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks including: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with: Git version control, Docker and containerized application deployment, Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, Milvus).
• Experience with Cloud AI platforms and services: AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI Platform / Vertex AI.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with REST APIs, AI APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
