The Customer Performance Lab is crucial for enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across various customer-facing functions, including Customer Experience, Call Center AMI, Meter-to-Cash, Billing, and Connection. The team analyzes customer interactions across digital, operational, and field channels to identify simplification opportunities, reduce friction, and create a more seamless customer journey. This role will transform complex, cross-channel data into actionable insights to improve customer outcomes by analyzing behaviors, touchpoints, and pain points. The successful candidate will use advanced SQL, data processing, and analytical expertise to develop reporting, conduct multi-channel customer journey analysis, validate datasets, and build dashboards. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate insights into measurable improvements and support strategic initiatives.
