Requirements

• Multi-agent systems and autonomous agents
• Agent orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen
• Vertex AI Agent Builder
• Tool-calling agents and workflow automation
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Prompt engineering
• LLMs such as Gemini/PaLM
• Strong hands-on experience with Vertex AI (Gemini/PaLM), Dialogflow CX, Agent Builder, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions
• Strong Agentic AI expertise
• Deep GenAI/LLM and RAG experience
• Extensive Google Cloud (Vertex AI) experience
• Customer Experience / Contact Center background
• Hands-on architect who still codes
• Strong system design and microservices knowledge
• Leadership and mentoring experience

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered customer experience (CX) platforms using Agentic AI, LLMs, and the Google Cloud AI ecosystem.
• Provide strategic architecture leadership.
• Perform hands-on development.
