Lead Data Scientist
About The Position
The Data Scientist Lead provides technical leadership for enterprise data analytics solutions under this task order, designing and modeling analytical architectures and implementing systems and databases that support end‑user analytics. The position applies statistical, programming, and engineering methods; builds and optimizes SQL‑based analytical data structures; and guides BI platform selection, architecture, and standards. The Data Scientist Lead enforces data quality and performance criteria, performs cost‑benefit and tradeoff analyses of solution options, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and clearly communicates technical findings and recommendations to non‑technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be able to meet federal requirements to obtain a DHS Public Trust Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of related experience in data science.
