About The Position

Capgemini is looking for a senior advisor, who is responsible for leading end to end program for medium to large-scale initiatives. Some of the responsibilities as follow.

Requirements

• Program Management Experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs, manage large stakeholder groups, and drive delivery accountability.
• Exceptional Communication Skills & Customer Focus
• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives, guide client discussions, and present clear recommendations and status updates.
• Azure Cloud Services & Architecture Expertise
• Must have experience with Azure services, architecture principles, cloud solutioning, and facilitating conversations between business and technical teams.
• Agile Framework Experience
• Practical experience with Agile delivery; Agile certification (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end program delivery for medium to large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, financials, and quality expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing communications, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate productive collaboration between client teams and technical architects/engineers, ensuring clarity of requirements and technical feasibility.
• Drive conversations on Azure cloud architecture, solution options, trade-offs, and roadmap planning.
• Apply Agile methodologies to structure delivery, ceremonies, workstreams, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to multi-disciplinary teams and support organizational best practices.
