  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering and distributed data platforms, including designing enterprise data models, ingestion pipelines, ETL processes, data lakes, and big data solutions
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing AWS-based data engineering solutions, with hands-on experience using services such as AWS Glue, EMR, EKS, S3, Lambda, RDS, OpenSearch and CloudWatch
  • 2+ years of experience leading and delivering engagements with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, information technology, or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in creating critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions
  • Experience presenting technical content to both large and small audiences

Responsibilities

  • Lead small engagements or key workstreams within larger technology transformation programs for clients
  • Manage cross-functional distributed delivery teams and client relationships across the engagement lifecycle, while contributing to proposal and business development efforts
  • Oversee quality of team deliverables and recommendations while contributing to hands-on solution delivery across distributed teams
