We're looking for a Lead Data Analyst who turns complex data into intelligence that clients actually use to make better decisions. You'll lead analytical workstreams across Power BI and modern data platforms, own the quality of your team's outputs, and serve as the connective tissue between technical execution and client outcomes. Your work will directly shape marketing strategies, operational decisions, and competitive positioning for the organizations we serve. The Impact You'll Have A significant part of this role is Power BI — making sure complex analytical outputs translate into dashboards that B2B clients can act on. Beyond reporting, you'll build predictive models, conduct rigorous analysis, and help consulting and strategy teams make confident recommendations backed by evidence. Your work is embedded in integrated engagements where data, creative, and technology have to work together. You'll also help shape how the broader analytics team grows — raising the bar on craft, consistency, and client impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years in a data analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Power BI report development and semantic data modeling
• Experience in Databricks or a similar cloud-based data platform
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and advanced statistical concepts
• Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and communicate findings to non-technical audiences
• Experience mentoring other analysts and a consulting mindset focused on practical outcomes

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the broader Microsoft data stack (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric)
• Exposure to AI-assisted analytics within Power BI or Databricks (e.g., AutoML, Unity Catalog, Power BI Copilot)
• Experience with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, or digital attribution ecosystems
• Background in integrated marketing, consulting, or digital services environments

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Engagements
• Translate business questions into technical approaches and own the quality of outputs from start to finish
• Guide clients through complex data challenges with clear recommendations focused on practical, measurable outcomes
• Build and Own Power BI Solutions
• Design and develop reports and dashboards that make complex analytical outputs decision-ready for client stakeholders
• Set internal standards for Power BI development across client engagements
• Analyze Data and Build Predictive Models
• Conduct rigorous analysis to surface patterns, test hypotheses, and generate findings that drive client decisions
• Build and deploy predictive models using Python, R, and SQL — including clustering, ensemble methods, and neural networks
• Mentor and Elevate the Team
• Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and review work before it reaches clients
• Contribute to internal best practices and capability-building across the analytics practice
• Collaborate Across Disciplines
• Partner with consulting, strategy, creative, and engineering teams to connect analytical outputs to broader client initiatives
• Represent the analytics perspective in cross-functional planning and engagement scoping
