About The Position
We’re seeking a Lead Data Analyst with strong experience in P&C Insurance to drive end-to-end analytics initiatives. You’ll lead a team, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities include building scalable data models, ensuring data quality and governance, and partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex analytics projects in P&C Insurance
- Expertise in data modeling, architecture, profiling, and quality management
- Strong skills in SQL, ETL frameworks, Snowflake
- Hands-on with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is a plus
