This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and resolving issues in production environments. The Lead Cybersecurity will collaborate with development teams, clients, and other operations support teams to ensure maximum stability, performance, and security. A strong background in software development, security, and operations is essential, along with a passion for implementing best practices and innovative solutions. Responsibilities include application operations, client support investigations, and Tier 2 task execution. The role also involves scripting for SailPoint backend enhancements, evaluating log files for investigations and platform tuning, and supporting deployments with a focus on Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). The Lead Cybersecurity will implement and maintain tools, processes, and best practices to safeguard application and infrastructure confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Participation in incident response and post-mortem analysis is required, as is collaboration with development and operations teams to integrate requirements into the software development lifecycle. Developing and maintaining procedures to ensure platform efficiency and security, using a security-first mindset, and knowledge of security principles are key. The role requires utilizing the SailPoint platform, programming and scripting languages (Python, Java, HTML, PostgreSQL), cloud solutions (Azure/AWS), cloud networking, security principles (encryption, authentication, access control), customer service, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
