This role also involves coaching and training new employees, managing customer traffic, and assisting with employee counseling and performance feedback. The position may also involve directing the fast food service area and ensuring gasoline prices are updated correctly. Administrative duties include shift change procedures, timekeeping, inventory, and completing daily reports.
