The Lead Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing prompt and excellent customer service, maintaining store facility conditions, managing merchandising and sales controls, overseeing financial and security controls, and supervising customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager. This role also involves assisting with coaching and training new employees, monitoring customer traffic, and providing feedback for performance improvement. The position requires completing daily store reports and other duties as assigned by the Store Manager, attending job-related meetings, and providing regular and predictable onsite attendance.
