About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role offers a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment with opportunities for career growth. The position involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and potentially working with the food program. A key aspect of this role is gaining entry-level management experience by regularly leading shifts. The Lead Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining high standards for store appearance and providing fast and friendly service, working in various areas inside and outside the store. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required, and the role involves daily interaction with customers and collaborating with an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

Responsibilities
