About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Lead Customer Service Representative to provide customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. The representative also leads shifts regularly, gaining entry-level management experience. Work takes place throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance standards and provide fast, friendly service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The role involves daily interaction with customers and collaboration with an energetic team.
