The Lead Customer Service Representative position is a full-time role with flexible availability. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and condition, managing merchandise and sales, overseeing financial and security controls, and assisting with administrative duties. The role also involves supervising customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager, coaching and training new employees, and managing customer traffic. The Lead Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for gasoline pricing and reporting any incidents or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
