About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role offers a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment with opportunities for career growth. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will gain entry-level management experience by regularly leading shifts. The position involves a variety of tasks around the store, both inside and out, to maintain high standards for appearance and provide fast, friendly service. You will interact with many customers daily and work with an energetic team to accomplish tasks. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers
  • Run the register
  • Cashier
  • Make purchase suggestions
  • Work with the food program (sometimes)
  • Gain entry level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis
  • Work around the store (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain high standards for store appearance
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers
  • Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance
  • Interact with many customers daily
  • Work with a fun, energetic team accomplishing daily tasks around the store
