Campus Vet Clinic is looking for a personable and skilled Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As the primary point of contact at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every client interaction—whether over the phone or in person—results in a positive and memorable impression. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of customer service experience in a veterinary, dental, or medical clinical setting required
Technologically proficient and comfortable with veterinary or medical record keeping software and other digital communication tools
Professional and friendly phone etiquette
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Very detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Nice To Haves

1+ years using a Point-of Sale (POS) system preferred
Experience processing financial transactions, payment plans, billing and insurance preferred
Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures preferred
