This role involves greeting customers, assisting them with product selection, accurately processing sales transactions, and operating various store equipment. The position also includes maintaining store cleanliness and condition, managing inventory, controlling sales and financial aspects of the shift, and supervising customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager. Additionally, the Lead Customer Service Representative plays a role in coaching and training new employees, monitoring customer traffic, and reporting any incidents or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
