The Lead Customer Service Representative position is a full-time role with availability for days and evenings. This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, maintaining store facility conditions, managing merchandising and sales, overseeing financial and security controls, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role also involves supervising customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager, coaching and training new employees, and managing operational needs. The Lead Customer Service Representative will also be involved in gasoline pricing strategy and reporting incidents to the Store Manager.
