The Lead Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing prompt, excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. This role involves greeting customers, handling sales transactions accurately, operating various store equipment, and maintaining store cleanliness and condition to company standards. The position also includes responsibilities related to merchandising, sales and financial controls, and supervising customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager. Additionally, the Lead Customer Service Representative assists in training new employees, monitoring customer traffic, and providing direction for the fast food service area. Security and administrative duties, such as reporting incidents and completing shift reports, are also key aspects of this role.
