About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining assigned facilities and grounds to ensure the health, safety, and security of all occupants. The role involves daily cleaning and sanitizing of various areas including classrooms, restrooms, offices, cafeterias, and athletic areas. Additionally, the position includes performing seasonal maintenance tasks such as lawn care, floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, and other detailed work.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicant must be physically able to lift 75 pounds, including but not limited to furniture, educational materials, bagged trash, and supplies.
Applicant must be able to follow instructions by reading instructions by supervisors, product labels and training manuals.
Applicant must possess a strong work ethic and good attitude.
Applicant should be clean and neat in appearance.

Previous experience and training in maintenance, preferred.
