Lead Custodian - Bilingual (Experience required)

Requirements
- 1+ year in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Know your way around cleaning tools and safety procedures.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

- Leadership experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and more.
- Keep restrooms and supply areas stocked with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.
- Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment.
- Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors.
