About The Position

Performs a full range of custodial services and works as Lead Custodian at various Contract locations. This role involves daily cleaning tasks, maintaining sanitary conditions, and serving as a communication point between supervisors and custodians. The Lead Custodian will respond to housekeeping requests, coordinate cleaning efforts, and float between work areas as needed. They will also manage supplies, maintain equipment, and interact with government personnel and customers. Driving is a requirement for this position.

Requirements

Must pass a pre-employment 8 Panel Drug Screen.
Must pass a background check.
Must pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

Performs daily cleaning tasks as assigned, including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing and restroom cleaning.
Maintains clean and sanitary conditions throughout.
Serves as primary point of communication between supervisor and custodians at the facility.
Responds to general and emergency housekeeping calls and requests.
Coordinates custodians in assigned work areas when doing Team Cleaning.
Floats between all work areas as needed to maintain work coverage.
Coordinates with Project Manager for supplies and duty lists.
Maintains custodial equipment and supplies in neat, orderly condition.
Interacts cooperatively with Government personnel and customers.
Immediately advises supervisor when Government staff directs changes in contract requirements.
Driving will also be a requirement for this position.
