About The Position

The Lead CT Tech performs duties directly involved in a variety of technical procedures in Computed Tomography. Assists the Director in daily operations for CT such as planning, organizing, staffing, regulatory compliance and personnel supervision.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiographic Technology.
• A minimum of one year experience as a Registered Technologist and three years experience as a CT Technologist.
• Must have a current licensure by the State of Texas as a licensed Radiology Technologist and A.R.R.R.T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registered in Radiography and Computed Tomography (CT).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines must be completed during new hire orientation prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Requires knowledge and technical skills to use a variety of specialized imaging equipment and related procedures.
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while completing multiple and simultaneous tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
