As a key holder and lead crafter, you’ll help keep the bakery running smoothly while inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous bakery, food service, retail, or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Decorate and handcraft cakes with precision, creativity, and consistency
- Lead the Bakery team during shifts and help maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere
- Open and close the Bakery as a trusted key holder
- Support daily operations, including guest service, production flow, and inventory
- Coach and encourage team members while maintaining brand standards
- Ensure every guest leaves feeling celebrated and appreciated
- Help create a clean, organized, and JOYFUL Bakery environment
