Through our specialized programs—Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope—we provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adults and adolescents facing mental health and co-occurring disorders. We are seeking an experienced Lead Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to provide clinical leadership within our Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This role combines direct clinical care with leadership responsibilities, supporting both clients and fellow clinicians while helping ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a clinical internship or practicum required.
  • Experience treating adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders required.
  • Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), or a similar outpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based treatment approaches strongly preferred.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to counselors and program staff within the Adult PHP.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews.
  • Coordinate care with referral sources, families, and other healthcare providers to support continuity of care.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week while assisting with overall program operations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a mentor and clinical resource for counselors, promoting best practices and professional development.
  • Assist with additional clinical and operational responsibilities as needed.
