About The Position

We specialize in consulting, engineering, procurement and construction across the project lifecycle, with services extending through to operations and decommissioning. Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. Coordinate the overall cost analysis activities on one or more major complex projects; assuming responsibility for preparation, quality and accuracy of project cost reports; establishing liaison with project management and clients on all matters relating to cost control; making periodic site visits to verify field cost reporting; assigning and reviewing work of subordinate cost analysis staff. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bryan–College Station, Texas, approximately 95 miles northwest of Houston. Candidates must be able to work on-site.

Requirements

• University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Recognized as a specialist, providing consultation to others.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sets priorities related to complex situations having multi-project and/or organizational impact.
• Contributions are primarily technical rather than managerial.
• May be involved in guiding strategies.
• Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance.
• Influence over duties.
• Work is assigned only in terms of broad objectives to be accomplished, and is reviewed for policy, soundness of approach and general effectiveness.
• Work is reviewed to ensure conformity with policy and for coordination of other company departments.
• Provide technical guidance to staff and may assign work.
• Reviews work for technical accuracy and adequacy.
• Plans, controls & reports on project work.
• May have direct reports and may make recommendations concerning selection, training, rating and discipline of staff.
• Seasoned ability to inform and persuade on complex matters comes from recognition as subject matter expert.
• Utilized on complex and difficult problems.
• Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field.
• Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
• May be involved in the development of new systems, processes and tools.
