About The Position

As a member of the Corporate Strategy team, this position plays an important role in shaping the strategic direction of the company. Drives and supports the company’s strategic planning process including, initial organization, process planning and execution, business reviews, executive leadership engagement, among other related responsibilities. Maintains a keen awareness and acumen around disruptive technologies, emerging trends, innovation and competitors to leverage in creation of growth plans. Provides on-going research, analysis and recommendations in support of strategic growth initiatives, as well as manages commercial consulting projects and deliverables. Skilled in analytical methods, producing fact-based, logical hypothesis and scenarios with well-thought-out conclusions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, including the use of Microsoft-PowerPoint to convey analysis and recommendations to stakeholders and company executives. Involved in M&A process including due diligence, industry and technology reviews, and capability support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Engineering or other related quantitative field with 9 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in analytical methods, producing fact-based, logical hypothesis and scenarios with well-thought-out conclusions

Responsibilities

  • Supports L3Harris’ Annual Joint Strategic Planning (JSP) process
  • Liaise, collaborate and maintain strong working relationships with key personnel from each business sector/segment while efficiently managing project resources
  • Manages strategy and technology projects including, but not limited to, emerging trends and technologies, portfolio analysis, domestic and international markets, R&D, strategic and operational metrics, industry consolidations and other matters
  • Assists with the development and implementation of corporate and business segment strategic growth initiatives
  • Works effectively as a contributing team member of the Corporate Strategy team
