About The Position

Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of a food service operation. This role requires basic cafeteria, food service, and cash register knowledge. The Lead Cook will direct and supervise staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code and to accomplish all daily tasks.

Requirements

• 1 year of Cooking Experience
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to climb, carry, pull, or push up to 50 pounds
• Able to move quickly
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• ServSafe certification
