About The Position

Hilton Cleveland Downtown is looking for their next Lead Banquet Cook! Join our team in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, steps away from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Huntington Bank Field, and Rocket Arena. As part of our full-service hotel, you'll work in a vibrant environment featuring four restaurants, a rooftop bar, an indoor pool, and the exclusive Club at Hilton. The ideal candidate brings previous banquets, catering, or batch style cooking experience and is passionate about propelling their career forward in the culinary industry!

Requirements

• Previous banquets, catering, or batch style cooking experience
• Open availability in the mornings and afternoons required, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Preparing great tasting food items
• Spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
