The Lead Cook provides leadership and high-level supervision in the kitchen, setting an example for communication skills between all team members, including front-of-house staff. The role is responsible for providing guests with the best quality foods in a timely fashion and assisting the Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Executive Sous Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen sanitation.
