About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Houston is seeking to expand its Lead Conversion Team. This role focuses on outbound calling and appointment setting to contact customers who have previously expressed interest in our products. The goal is to schedule in-home consultations. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role suitable for individuals comfortable with making outbound calls, working towards goals, and thriving in a fast-paced team environment. The position offers a base pay of $19/hour plus bonuses.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and engage customers over the phone
  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and CRM navigation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Place a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to schedule in-home consultations
  • Follow up with Register-to-Win (RTW) event leads and database nurture leads
  • Re-engage customers who previously expressed interest but did not schedule or canceled appointments
  • Follow approved call scripts and communication guidelines
  • Accurately document all call outcomes, notes, and next steps in the CRM system
  • Maintain daily production targets, including call volume and performance metrics
  • Schedule qualified appointments according to company guidelines
  • Communicate with other departments as needed to verify or obtain information
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance development
