As the face of our community, the Lead Concierge is responsible for ensuring every guest, resident, and team member is welcomed with hospitality, professionalism, and heart. This position plays a critical role in front desk operations, administrative support, and maintaining smooth daily functions across departments.

Requirements

2+ years of general office experience with a customer-service mindset.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Nice To Haves

AP/AR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist all guests, residents, and team members with professionalism and warmth.
Manage the front desk, phones, mail, tours, and reception area appearance.
Support ED with resident admissions, billing, and administrative tasks like AP/AR.
Coordinate new hire orientation and assist with concierge scheduling.
Submit invoices and ancillary charges; maintain office supply inventory.
Train concierge staff and assist with errands and transportation coordination.
Ensure smooth, service-oriented front desk operations every day.
