About The Position

This role involves overseeing concierge operations, ensuring smooth supply management for various areas, and leading the concierge staff to uphold high service standards. The Lead Concierge will also be responsible for seasonal decor, event coordination, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • A high school education or equivalent is required.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel as well as Internet Explorer.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, writing, management and leadership skills
  • Outgoing, friendly personality
  • Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through
  • Marketing and budgeting experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Exceptional communication, customer service and people skills
  • Self-motivated; can work independently
  • Detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • A college degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Hotel, hospitality or other service experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely supply orders for concierge, espresso bar, 24th floor, and office
  • Supervise and support concierge staff to maintain high service standards
  • Curating seasonal lobby decor to create a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Assisting in planning and coordinating resident events
  • Organize and maintain storage room
  • Admin duties as needed
