The Lead Concierge will be responsible for creating the first impression of the community, supervising and training supporting concierge positions, and maintaining organization at the concierge station. Requirements

• One-year experience in the industry or related field

Responsibilities

• Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed
• Maintains knowledge of the Risk Management Binder
• Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed expectations.
• Provides training for new associates as appropriate
• Primary person responsible for scheduling resident transportation
• Provides support to Executive Director and Business Office Manager as needed
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.
