Requirements

Strong ability in all aspects of compositing in Nuke, integrating 2D, 3D and live-action elements to a high-end visual effects standard.
Strong eye for detail, composition, understanding of photorealism, color and lighting.
Able to understand and apply shot notes.

Responsibilities

Combine live action and computer-generated elements into visual effects shots that realize the vision and creative direction of the client and Visual Effects Supervisor.
Be responsible for the aesthetic integrity and technical quality of the final image delivered to the client.
Collaborate with the Compositing Supervisor and VFX Supervisor to evaluate the creative and technical approach for assigned shots.
Perform all tasks associated with the compositing process, including 2D tracking, element layering, and color grading on moderately to highly difficult shots.
Maintain the overall look, color balance, and quality of assigned shots to create consistency across all finished work.
