About The Position

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Commercial Logistics Planner to join their team in Oahu, HI. This role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and synchronizing logistics and sustainment operations in support of program mission objectives. The position involves enabling operational readiness by integrating military and commercial logistics capabilities, developing and executing logistics plans for supply chain operations, transportation, distribution, maintenance, and sustainment. The planner will conduct detailed coordination for logistics services and theater movement control between commercial providers, mission partners, and other major military commands. They will leverage systems like LOGCOP and ULM for monitoring logistics activities and supporting the Common Operational Picture through in-transit visibility (ITV). The role includes developing courses of action (COAs) for mission execution in both steady-state and contingency operations, integrating commercial logistics solutions and managed attribution approaches to enhance resilience in the Indo-Pacific, and ensuring alignment with DoD policies, joint logistics doctrine, and theater-specific requirements. Additionally, the planner will develop resilient logistics strategies for distributed and D-DIL environments, provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior personnel, collaborate with Knowledge Managers, BI Suite Analysts, and Program Managers for data-driven decision-making, and offer recommendations to leadership for optimizing logistics performance, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain Secret security clearance.
