About The Position

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician for their Syracuse, NY location. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule, and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our clients. For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC or related experience
  • Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize part installs, quoted repairs, and servicing of clients HVAC systems
  • Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
  • Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy
  • Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
  • Accountable for following all company safety procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
